The Training Course How to solve global challenges through volunteering was organised by KASTA MORRELY Organization in co-operation with EuroDEMOS RO, EuroDEMOS AZ, Kasta Morrely MD, TDM 2000 IT, GYUF AM, Youth Alliance Krusevo, Konya Il Milli Egitim Mudurlugu, Chernivtsi PORA!, Diverziti Association.


Aim and specific objectives of the training course How to solve global challenges through volunteering:
The training aims to raise the participants’ awareness about the value and importance of volunteering in solving global environmental challenges and encourage their commitment to the sustainable development.
The objectives of the project are: the promotion of the importance of Volunteering at European Level, train the participants as active European citizens with green abilities, creating future Youth in Action projects.
28 participants from Romania, Turkey, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Italy, Armenia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Hungary, and Ukraine took part in the Training Course. The working language of the Training Course was English.


The main contents of the Training Course were:
The training was focused on non-formal education using workshops, brainstorming, free discussions, role-playing games, debates, energizers. Participants were trained by trainers/experts and have received Professional Training Kits, promotional and informative materials to support their future involvement as “Green European citizens”. As originality was organized a Green Flash mob as a way to express the society’s need of young volunteers’ implication in solving the global environmental challenges.
