Iasi_Youth_Center - Involved Youth Coalition

Between September 2010 – July 2011 EuroDEMOS Association implemented the national project Community needs YOUth!
The project included a civic consultation on the involvement of young people in community life, the consultation filled by over 400 young people from 7 schools from Iasi. The results of this civic consultation underline the deficiency of youth information regarding the importance of civic involvement for personal development and the need of a framework to involve young people, to offer an alternative for leisure time.

The project Iasi Youth Center aims to increase youth involvement in the community life. The main target group is young people from Iasi, or studying in Iasi.

The project is co-financed by the Iasi City Hall and will be held from September to December 2011. Iasi Youth Center activity will be held indefinitely.
