The training took place in Pistoia (Tuscany), Italy and it is co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme. 35 participants, from 10 countries took part in this event in order to broaden and share their knowledge about the social exclusion and possible ways to combat it.

Objectives of the Training Course:

- Exchange practices among youth workers from different countries on various aspects and perceptions of marginalization and inclusion, insights and values about youth work with marginalized groups
- Motivate and empower youth workers for active promotion of combating social exclusion in their activities by respecting values and principles of European youth work for inclusion and proposed solutions and recommendations for challenges in their project management and fundraising
- To give them (participants) concrete tools, methodologies

- To raise awareness about the importance of inclusion on local, national and European level



- Empower youth workers in understanding and using new Erasmus PLUS programme for their youth work for inclusion and developing their skills for working with marginalized groups within the programmes
- To exchange experiences and good practices in order to create a common working plan, quality criteria and communication tools between the participants
- Develop new local and European projects for inclusion, that are aimed at raising youngpeople's awareness of everyone’s responsibility in tackling poverty and marginalization as well as at promoting the inclusion of groups with fewer opportunities.

Centro Studi “Cultura Sviluppo”


CSCS is an association - a vocational training provider with experience on the integration of new technologies in teaching practices, accredited by Italian Government and operating with a Quality Assurance System in the following sectors: Initial vocational education; Apprenticeship; Continuous training for companies and professionals; Vocational guidance and orientation. CSCS is the National Coordinator for Italy and member of Executive Team of EFVET, the European Forum of Vocational Education and Training, ensuring a wide dissemination of the project outcomes, throughout Italy and Europe (for more information about EFVET, www.efvet.org).
In 2011 started third contract with DG ENTR as Lead Organization implementing the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme and thus fostering entrepreneurship across Europe.
CSCS manages electronic newsletters and ensures the cooperation with a strong network of partners, ranging from vocational training bodies, association of companies, unions.
CSCS is active in the field of student and staff mobility, with its division
www.italymobility.com, aimed at supporting European educational providers to effectively plan and implement work placements in Italy.

Recilidea


Riciclidea is an environmental association founded in 2009 to promote a collective environmental awareness. The purpose of the association is: Sensitize and train the individual about “philosophy of recycling”; Promote environmental, cultural and anthropological sustainability; Create an alternative to consumerism by promoting a free trade market without the use of money Train individuals through civic and environmental education to foster respect for green areas; Support and promote ecological urban mobility; Train and develop manual and intellectual skills of individuals. Our organization has now 14 members, half of which are less than 35 years old. The organization is composed by young creatives such as graphic designers, artists and artisans. Riciclidea might be defined as creative, dynamic and young as the way we organize our events.
